Mgr Denis Faul has urged people in the Republic to make a tangible contribution to the peace process by inviting Northern Protestants to visit them.
At an ecumenical service in Bray, Co Wicklow, the Dungannon priest said a taste of life and attitudes south of the Border could help dispel the ancient fears harboured by Protestants.
