Bangkok - Clinical trials of the anti-impotence drug Viagra revealed the drug was more effective among Asian than American men.

The effectiveness rate among the 4,500 men tested in the United States was approximately 70 per cent, while 81 per cent of the men suffering from erectile dysfunction in Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia reported improvement after 12 weeks of use, the Bangkok Post said, quoting a report from the manufacturer, Pfizer.
