An artist who claims that prints of his paintings have been sold without his authority joined a second store in an Graham Knuttel (40), of an injunction restraining Taste Design (Ireland) Ltd., Lower Kilmacud Road, from retailing prints carrying his allegedly forged signature. Yesterday, Gemini Kitchen Ware Ltd was jointed as a co defendant.
The court had heard that Mr Knuttel's paintings had been printed on to cotton material and framed with his forged signature.
