An armed robbery on a family home in Co Limerick last night is being investigated by gardai.
A gang of up to five masked men, at least two of whom were armed, forced their way into the house of a businessman in the Galbally area shortly after 9pm.
A sum of money, reported to be about €14,000, was taken from a safe.
There are no reports of injury to the businessman or his family.
