Armed raider robs Belfast off-licence

Police in Belfast are appealing for witnesses following an armed raid at an off-licence on the Ormagh Road last night.

Police in Belfast are appealing for witnesses following an armed raid at an off-licence on the Ormagh Road last night.

Shortly after 9pm a man armed with a knife threatened staff in the premises before making his get away in a dark-coloured car with a small amount of cash.

The man is described as being in his late 20s, 6ft 4 in in height, of thin build with dark-hair and a goatee. He was wearing dark-coloured clothing and spoke with a local accent.
