Gardaí are searching for a gang who held up and robbed a couple in Co Kildare last night.
Four men wearing balaclavas and carrying sledgehammers and pickaxe handles attacked the couple in their house at Rosebury, Newbridge, at around 8.30 p.m. last night.
The gang made off in a car after threatening the pair and stealing jewellery, credit cards and cash.
