A MASKED raider armed with a shotgun stole more than £5,000 cash from a bank in Roscommon, yesterday

A MASKED raider armed with a shotgun stole more than £5,000 cash from a bank in Roscommon, yesterday. The man jumped the counter of the National Irish in Bridge Street at around 2.30 p.m. and threatened staff before escaping. No one was injured. Gardai later arrested three men under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act. They were held for questioning last night.
