Argentina signs Bolivia accord

Buenos Aires - Argentina and Bolivia yesterday signed an immigration pact allowing 700,000 Bolivians living illegally in Argentina to be granted residence. The two countries also signed pacts calling for energy integration, border development and the construction of two international bridges.
