The Supreme Court has set February 25th next for hearing an appeal against the High Court's sanction for the controversial waste-treatment plant and causeway planned for Mutton Island in Galway Bay.
On July 31st the High Court turned down a challenge by Mr Raymond McBride to Galway Corporation's plan to build the multi-million-pound plant.
