PSNI officers investigating the murder of Sunday Worldjournalist Martin O'Hagan today arrested another man.
The 40-year-old becomes the eighth person taken into custody this month in connection with the killing of Mr O’Hagan in 2001.
The investigative reporter was gunned down outside his home in Lurgan, with the Loyalist Volunteer Force blamed for the murder.
Two men were charged with the killing on Tuesday with another two charged with lesser related offences.
One woman and two other men have been released pending reports to the Public Prosecution Service.
The man arrested today has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite in Antrim for questioning.
