YOUNG restaurateur and super chef Conrad Gallagher sneaked away to London this week for a rather special dinner a deux with, Domini Kemp, the manager of his Peacock Alley restaurant. Over dinner at Marco Pierre White's (where else!) 26 year old Conrad produced a stunning sparkler, popped the question to his girlfriend of seven months and the pair returned to work the following day an engaged couple. August 1997 has been tentatively earmarked as a likely date for the wedding.
Telling Domini's family was easy as they live in Dublin, and the pair then travelled to Donegal on Thursday to announce the news to Conrad's mother.
