A gunman alleged to have murdered Mr John Knocker (22) outside a hotel in Co Tyrone last month was named in the High Court in Belfast yesterday, but he cannot be identified for legal reasons.

The man was named by a Crown lawyer during a bail application by Mr Gregory Fox (22), from Riverdale Park, Belfast, who is charged with murdering Mr Knocker, who lived at Whiterock Drive, Belfast. Bail was refused.
