Tuzla - The US Secretary of State, Ms Madeleine Albright, continuing a short Balkans tour, arrived at the US military base in this northern Bosnian city yesterday.
She arrived from Zagreb where she had met Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, and, after meeting US troops, was proceeding to the north-eastern town of Bijeljina to see Bosnian Serb leaders, Mr Biljana Plavsic and Mr Milorad Dodik.
