IBOGOTA - Eleven Colombian air force personnel, including several officers, have been arrested in connection with the heroin found aboard President Ernesto Samper's presidential jet, officials said yesterday.
More than 3.7 kg of heroin were discovered aboard the Boeing 707 aircraft on Friday night as it was being readied for a flight to New York.
