AIB has secured €15

AIB has secured €15.4 million summary judgment orders against two businessmen over unpaid loans relating to Co Offaly land deals, writes Mary Carolan.

Yesterday, Mr Justice Peter Kelly granted the bank’s application for €15.4 million summary judgment orders against Declan Guing, Carrick Road, Edenderry, and Frank Lawlor, Clonmullen Lodge, Edenderry. Earlier this month the bank secured orders for some €15.5 million against former FF councillor Gerard Killally and former GAA manager Richie Connor over the same deals.
