The North's Minister of Culture, Arts and Leisure, Mr Michael McGimpsey, has announced the appointment of Dr David Roberts of Queen's University Belfast as chairman of the North's Fisheries Conservancy Board. Mr Robert Galbraith, a former civil servant, has been appointed deputy chairman.
