A special open public meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous will be held next month to celebrate the association's 50th anniversary in Ireland.

Members of AA, Al Anon and Al Ateen will speak at the meeting, which takes place on Monday, November 4th, at 8 p.m. at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire. It is open to anyone who has an interest in alcoholism.
