You know where you stand with Dublin West Socialist Party TD, Joe Higgins. During an exchange in the Dail this week with Mary O'Rourke, Higgins defended the Dublin Bus workers. He asserted that, Percy French-like, the Minister for Public Enterprise did not know whether she was at a ball or a bath when it came to public transport policy.
O'Rourke: "I know a lot more than you. Are you right there, Joe, are you right?"
Higgins: "No, I'm left."
