Legal costs totalling £710,000 have been submitted to the Government by the Louth residents who are taking a court ac tion against British Nuclear Fuels Ltd, the Minister of State for Energy, Mr Joe Jacob, said. He added that they related to the substantive action taken by the residents and to the court action securing their right to have the case heard in Irish courts.
