A 70 year old woman fractured her wrist when she was mugged by a youth in north Dublin on Wednesday night. Gardai said the woman was walking on the Swords Road in Whitehall around 10.45 p.m. when a youth grabbed her bag and escaped in a waiting car.
The youth is described as 18 to 20 years old, 5 foot 6 inches, well built with short dark hair. The vehicle was described as a "small" car. Anyone with information should contact Whitehall Garda station on (01) 8374356.
