A minibus plunged off a cliff in central China killing seven of 21 children on board.
Xinhua news agency said the minibus was hit by a truck loaded with bricks in Macheng in Hubei province. Fourteen children were injured.
Road accidents last year killed about 90,000 people in China where accidents are common in mountainous regions.
