A young woman suffering from cerebral palsy, who sustained serious facial and leg injuries in a road accident, is to receive £586,000 and costs the High Court ruled yesterday.
Mr Justice Lavan approved the settlement in favour of Ms Geraldine O'Donnell (22), of Kilmaneen, Newcastle, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.
