An allocation of £500,000 capital funding for St Michael's House, Dublin, which runs services for persons with a mental handicap has been announced by the Minister for Health, Mr Cowen. Mr Cowen said the funding was being provided to meet the cost of the final phase of relocating clients from the day services in Harold's Cross, and to assist in the provision of additional respite facilities.
