£500,000 for film school

THE Ireland Funds have donated £50,000 to the UCD School of Film. The money will go towards scholarships for two intensive summer courses which the school conducts each year. Money will also be disbursed over three years to students who display creative, technical or business acumen relevant to the film industry.
