KABUL A bomb blast at the police headquarters in the eastern Afghan city Jalalabad has left up to 50 people dead, according to the official Associated Press of Pakistan. It said that more than 150 people were wounded. Pakistan television said it was not immediately clear if the explosion was an act of sabotage or accidental.
