PONTEVEDRA - Spanish police yesterday found 36.1 tonnes of cannabis resin aboard a Panamanian registered ship in the north-western region of Galicia, police said. Fourteen people, eight of them Russian, were arrested after the seizure, the biggest ever in Spain.
