Up to 35 new high-tech jobs are to be created as part of a €2

Up to 35 new high-tech jobs are to be created as part of a €2.4 million investment by Swedish cosmetics firm Oriflame in Bray, Co Wicklow.

The new facility, which is supported by IDA Ireland, will focus on product research and development and product safety activities.

Oriflame was established in 1967 and currently has an annual turnover of over €1.1 million. It manufactures a full range of cosmetic products in around 60 countries worldwide. Its main products include skin care, colour cosmetics and fragrances.

The company has had a presence in Ireland since 1979 and opened a global technical centre at Bray Business Park in 2000.
