COLOMBO - Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger rebels attacked and set fire to a ship loaded with sand yesterday, triggering retaliation from the navy, which sank four guerrilla boats, the defence ministry said. It said in a statement that 32 people, including 25 rebels, were killed in the attack.
