Athens - Three Iraqi Kurds were killed and 11 injured yesterday when they walked into a minefield on the Greek-Turkish border. Greek officials said the Kurds were among a group of 62 attempting to enter Greece illegally across the Evros River on the country's far north-east border. A statement from Greece's general army staff said two anti-personnel mines exploded, killing the three instantly.
