Two men are being held at Store Street Garda station in Dublin after an operation in which £200,000 worth of heroin was seized at a central hotel.
The 2 kg of the drug were found in a search carried out at 6 a.m. yesterday by members of the Dublin north-central drugs unit.
The men, one of whom is Irish, both have addresses in the UK. They can be detained for up to seven days.
