Kampala - At least 20 Ugandans were killed at the weekend by landslides caused by floods and heavy rain in the Mbale area in eastern Uganda. The heavy rain is blamed on the El Nino climate warming, which has produced floods over Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia.
