2 Nato soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Attacks on two Nato convoys in eastern Afghanistan left two soldiers dead and another wounded today, a Nato statement said.

The convoys were patrolling 5 miles apart when they were struck with roadside bombs within 30 minutes of each other, the statement said.

Nato did not identify the killed and injured soldiers. Most of alliance troops in the east are American.
