2 charged with girl's murder

Mr Stephen Peter Scott (26), from Lisanelly Heights, Omagh, Co Tyrone, and a 15year-old student who cannot be named for legal reasons appeared in court in Enniskillen, Co Tyrone, charged with the murder of Ms Sylvia Fleming (17) whose body was discovered on Saturday at a house in Omagh. A 14-year-old schoolgirl, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, and Mr Paul John Rigby (19), from Johnston Park, Omagh, were charged with assisting in the disposal of the body. The four were remanded in custody.
