PARIS - Fifteen people have been arrested in connection with two bomb attacks by Corsican separatists in the southern French city of Aix en Provence last year, police said yesterday. The arrests took place on Tuesday and yesterday in Corsica and in the mainland Mediterranean port of Marseilles, which has a large Corsican population. The attacks in Aix caused no casualties but there was widespread damage.
