ZAMBOANGA - Fourteen people died in fighting between Philippine troops and Muslim rebels who had seized a government project site on Mindanao island, the military said yesterday. The rebels of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front occupied an exploration site of Philippine National Oil Co Exploration Corp. The dead were 12 rebels and two soldiers, reports said.
