JAKARTA - A government owned trainer plane crashed in the Indonesian city of Bandung yesterday, killing at least 14 people, airport and hospital officials said.

"We have found 14 charred bodies at the crash site. But it is still not clear if others had been injured," a hospital official said from Bandung, 75 miles south east of the capital, Jakarta.
