Twelve Irish language students from various parts of the State escaped serious injury when a fire engulfed the house in which they were staying in Rannafast in the Donegal Gaeltacht in the early hours of yesterday.
Two fire brigade units from Dungloe and Bunbeg were called to put out the blaze which gardai said completely destroyed the house.
