A merchandiser, who has been left with a "dinge" in her left thigh as a result of a milk trolley overturning on her, has been awarded £12,000 in the Circuit Civil Court.
Ms Sarah Moorhead, counsel for Ms Christine Russell (41), Belclare Park, Poppintree, Dublin, said her client also suffered a laceration of her left thumb and nail. Mr David Nolan, counsel for Omni Park Ltd, Merrion Village, Dublin, told Judge Raymond Groarke liability had been conceded by the defendant.
