Ten men and a woman have been returned for trial to Derry's Crown Court next month charged with conspiring to defraud motor insurance companies. The nine offences alleged against the defendants, remanded from the city's magistrate's court on bail, are alleged to have happened in the Republic between March, 1989, and June, 1992.
