BIRMINGHAM - Detectives yesterday claimed a major seizure of cannabis resin worth more than £10 million and said they had dealt drug barons a severe blow. The 1,070 kg haul came after an investigation involving 50 officers from the West Midlands drugs squad. Three men were arrested yesterday at an industrial unit on Redfern Road, Acock's Green, Birmingham. A fourth man was arrested in the city late last night. Police said the one tonne of professionally heat sealed packages of resin would have made more than a million individual sales on the streets for the dealers.
