SIGMA Wireless Communications, the Motorola distributors in Ireland, are to pay in the region of £40,000 for 1,150 square feet of retail space at 5 College Green, Dublin 2. The showrooms' space is located at the junction of College Street and Anglesea Street and was sublet by USIT International. McCormick handled the letting and Lisney acted for the Sigma.

At the Stillorgan Shopping Centre, the Agar agency has let 1,150 square feet to Suit Wear International on a new lease at £35,000 per annum.
