Ingredients
- 4 tbsp tapenade
 - 1 clove garlic, crushed
 - 2 tbsp chopped raisins
 - Small bunch chopped flat leaf parsley
 - Squeeze honey or agave syrup
 - 1-2 tsp sherry or balsamic vinegar
 
Mix all the ingredients together and chill until ready to serve. Give it a good mix and spoon onto each plate.
