Ingredients
- 2 generous portions1 medium fresh beetroot, trimmed and peeled
 - 1 avocado
 - Half a cucumber
 - 1 apple
 - 200ml water
 - Flesh of one whole lemon
 - Flesh of one whole lime
 - Big knob ginger, peeled
 
Put all the ingredients into a powerful blender and blitz till it is as smooth as you can get it. Serve and drink in the firm knowledge you are doing yourself proud on the nutrition front.
