Xerox chairwoman Anne Mulcahy will retire in May, stepping down after more than 30 years at the world’s largest maker of high-speed colour printers.

Ms Mulcahy (57) will leave on May 20th, the date of the annual shareholders’ meeting, Xerox said. Ursula Burns, who succeeded Ms Mulcahy as chief executive on July 1st last, will take on both roles. Ms Mulcahy became chief executive in 2001. – (Bloomberg)
