Woulfe named as new Dairygold chief

The board of Dairygold Co-operative Society has appointed Jim Woulfe as its new chief executive officer.

The board of Dairygold Co-operative Society has appointed Jim Woulfe as its new chief executive officer.

He will replace Jerry Henchy, who stepped down in late January.

Mr Woulfe (49), a UCC dairy science graduate, has been head of Dairygold’s agri division since 2002.

Before that he held senior roles as head of human resources and manager milk supplies at Dairygold.

A native of Ardagh, Co Limerick, he joined Ballyclough’s milk processing division in 1979.
