The purchase price, which is about to be renamed International Cranes & Equipment, is subject to it achieving pre-tax profits of not less than £500,000 in the year to the end of December 1997, according to chairman Mr Campbell Allan. Earlier this year, the group purchased the British Crane Hire company.
