MORE than half of the shareholders in Woodchester Investments have opted to take scrip dividends in lieu of cash from the financial services group. Woodchester disclosed yesterday that 2,358,431 units of stock, representing 51.12 per cent of its shareholders, received a script dividend for the year ending December 31st last. All of the directors also took scrip dividends, it said.
