Woodchester Investments is issuing 334,085 new shares to shareholders who have opted to take their final dividend in shares rather than cash. About 7 per cent of Woodchester shareholders opted to take shares in lieu of a final cash dividend of 4.08p a share. As a result of the scrip issue Woodchester retained £590,000 out of a potential cash dividend payout of £8.66 million.
