ACCOUNTANTS Deloitte and Touche have brought out a handy booklet on Tax Incentives for Property. Hidden among the verbiage are a few nice cartoons, including one where the first picture shows the tax accountant telling his client "Hmm, this hotel idea of yours is a complete write-off", and the second has him smiling and saying "Congratulations". A nice commentary on the favourable tax regime for the sector.
