THE way was cleared in Britain yesterday for a new bidding war for Lloyds Chemists after the company confirmed it had agreed terms for the sale of seven of its pharmaceutical wholesale businesses. The disposals would satisfy the demands of Mr Ian Lang, President of the Board of Trade.
